A retrospective glance at 2012

As we head into 2013 with all the vim and vigour you would expect from the Frontline Club, I thought it would be a good time to take a brief look at what happened in 2012.

Firstly, the fact that you are reading this on our new and improved website is thanks to the hard work of Alison Benjamin. You will be able to keep up to date on all our dishes, drinks and events with far greater ease and it is smart phone friendly too!

We also saw the introduction of our new menu in 2012, under the close scrutiny of John Edwards, our head chef. You will now find a wider selection of vegetarian dishes as well as more variety all round at very reasonable prices. The Maldon oysters are by far my favourite addition to the menu.

Combined with our new culinary wonders, we also introduced a new drinks selection. We now have a sleek new wine menu, which is very user friendly, and a great selection of speciality cocktails. All in all there are plenty of good reasons to drop in and sample something great this New Year.
