What’s coming up at the Frontline Club
Next week’s First Wednesday will be an opportunity to discuss events in Libya and elsewhere in North Africa and the Middle East.
With events moving so fast we will bring together a panel to take stock and to reflect on key issues – we will keep you posted but you can be sure it will be a fascinating evening.
This evening’s ‘The art of the interview’ masterclass is fully booked and there are very limited spaces left for Wednesday’s discussion on the political situation in Zimbabwe.
Friday’s screening A Man Came and Took Her is a compelling and shocking crime documentary telling the story of the disappearance of eight-year-old Ola from a tiny rural village in Poland.
On Sunday 6 March we will be screening Frontline Club founder Vaughan Smith‘s Blood and Dust documenting the two weeks he spent embedded with the US Army paramedics in Afghanistan. The screening will be followed by a discussion on how today’s conflicts are represented by the media.
