Brief description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join the Frontline Club team, to administrate the workshops and event programme.

Key attributes/qualifications:

– Excellent administrative and computer skills
– Good writing and communication skills
– Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
– Keen interest in current affairs and journalism
– Strong people skills and ability to professionally represent the organisation

Key tasks/responsibilities:

– Scheduling, organising and running the workshops programme
– Supporting and running events
– Managing customer inquiries via phone and email
– Marketing and outreach for the workshops and event programme
– Developing new workshops and finding new trainers
– Liaising with trainers and trainees
– Managing accounts, figures and budgets
