Editing with Final Cut Pro 7

Workshop

The Trainer, Simon Ruben says…“Frontline courses are unique as trainers are working industry professionals who give tailored training to each participant to make sure their individual requirements for learning FCP are met.”

This course will equip you with the skills and knowledge to produce video ready for broadcast. The course is designed to train participants in a thorough basic understanding of Final Cut Pro and in non-linear editing concepts.

With an approach that is flexible to the skill levels of all participants, the course allows for individual time with the trainer and offers practical training and time for solo editing, recapping and testing. Participants each have their own Mac work station and learn how to take a basic edit from start to finish and solve any problems encountered along the way.

Participants will be using Frontline archive footage from documentaries, VNRs and news pieces shot around the world by freelance cameramen.
