Marketing and Communications Coordinator – Full Time

The Frontline Club is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Marketing Coordinator to join our team full-time in our Paddington, London office.

This position is ideal for someone who is seeking to build on career experience in marketing while learning more about the fields of journalism, documentary film and new media.


-Manage marketing for upcoming events and workshops while contributing to the development of the Frontline Club’s voice and role as a source of industry news for journalists and filmmakers
-Manage marketing for the restaurant, liaising with General Manager, Membership Coordinator and the restaurant team
-Act as the key person of contact for cross-promotion enquiries while developing a familiarity with likeminded organisations
-Initiate new marketing partnerships in London by tracking relevant conferences, festivals and summits
-Undertake research projects to identify new marketing opportunities, event listings, apps and blogs the organisation can engage with
-Liaise with the Frontline Freelance Register to build an ongoing marketing relationship across bodies of the organisation
-Liaise with our International Partners to circulate news on events and workshops taking place abroad
-Manage all social media including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
-Track and report on social media reach and brainstorm creative methods to attract viewers to our platforms
-Record feedback after each event and provide monthly summaries on audience performance and outreach
-Assist with day to day administrative duties

Experience Required

-Must be social media savvy and enthusiastic about building a career in marketing
-Must be proficient with Google Analytics
-Interest in the media and experience working for multidisciplinary venues or members clubs (drawing on experience to promote hospitality and events) is a plus
-Must be proficient in Adobe InDesign and PhotoShop
-Experience managing comms for a likeminded organisation, such as media outlets, charities, nonprofits
-Education background in marketing, administration, journalism or communications
-Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
