Soon, the cold Tramontana wind from Siberia will start blowing in with crystal clear blue skies and everyone rushes inside to get as close as possible to the fire, where the new oil and bruschetta and garlic are very popular. This menu is for that hunger.<br />-Charlotte<br /><br />Lunch 1pm for 1:30pm and dinner 7:30pm for 8pm at &pound;25 a head:</p><p style="text-align: center;">Ciaffagnoni with Ricotta and Chard (Tuscan Cannelloni)<br />*<br />Red Onion Acquacotta with Quail's Egg and Bruschetta<br />Beetroot, Orange and Radicchio Salad<br />Sauteed Scarola Lettuce with Garlic and Anchovy<br />*<br />Dana's Panettone Pudding</p><p style="text-align: center;"><i>Coffee is included</i></p><p style="text-align: left;">All our ingredients will come from Italy or sourced locally in England.<br /><br /><u>2007 Awards New and Fresh</u><br />Charlotte is setting off to the north of Italy to go to the award ceremony for the Vini Buoni d'Italia Guide where she will receive a golden star- only 202 wines were chosen out of 18,000 tasted to receive this award.<br /><br /><u>If you can't make it... but would like to buy some wine...</u><br />Charlotte's wines can be ordered from From Vineyards Direct.&nbsp; Delivery is free. The Lyncurio is also now available too.<br /><br /><u>Opening Hours</u><br />The bar will be open all day from 11:30am until 10:30pm: any left-overs will be available after dinner.<br /><br /><u>Booking</u><br />Please book by sending an e-mail to potentino.bookings@me.com<br />People will be seated together.
