Jawad Khadom was a correspondent working for Al-Arabiya Television in Baghdad when, in a kidnapping attempt, he was shot four times and nearly killed. His life would never be the same again.
This documentary follows Jawad's journey of rehabilitation and self-discovery - as he travels from Baghdad to Amman, Riyadh and London.
The film documents, amid personal tensions and US blockades, Jawad's struggle to rebuild his life. It is an intimate diary of the journey that he made.
